Erin was pulled in to address some data formatting issues that MANY people within the organization where having issues with. Erin quickly listened to the issue and the process and walked away with some insight on how to improve the process. She returned quickly with an amazing template within excel that outlined step-by-step instructions on how to utilize it! She did all the formatting behind the scenes and took any troublesome processes out of the picture completely! The users of the template were ecstatic about it and didn’t have any data upload issues going forward and the formatting was exactly where it needed to be in order to load the data into the recordkeeping system seamlessly!

Erin also has fantastic query writing skills and together with her Microsoft knowledge/skills, she made herself into one powerful machine!
